Having grown up in an HVAC family business, and then married 35 years to an HVAC controls engineer I never had to call a repair tech in my life. Just 4 months after my husband passed away, the Carrier Infinity A/C he had installed and serviced went out on Sunday night. After a strong recommendation from a trusted friend, I called Weirac. SO glad I did! They were immediately helpful, walking me through a re-start process by phone. When that didn't work, Richard came out within the hour. The Infinity system is a complex high efficiency unit but Richard was completely familiar with it and diagnosed the problem quickly. My fan motor was installed the next morning and all is well. I got way more than a service call - this family was kind and gracious to me, reassuring me through the process. They really went the extra mile in every way! Highly recommend.

Ross came out and pumped two pounds of Freon gas into the unit. Worked great blowing cool air for a couple of weeks and then it stopped. Ross came back out found the problem, replaced the part and all is well again. Very professional and efficient service. Thank you Weir.
