Horrid places to live!!!! NFI managment literally cuts corners to fixing things!!! They own most of North KC apartments. Do not rent from them, please trust me. It is a expensive trap for the lack of real maintenance. They will polish up a place and once you move in you notice things. Like the fact our plugs fall out of the outlets. Like the fact they spray for roaches yet we still have them. We lived there for a month and seeing more and more show up. they did not properly fix the damage from a water break because it has a musty smell in our kitchen. We lived their a month and the AC broke took almost a week to fix it. There is a hole under the kitchen sink big enough for you to see your neighbor's side. There is mold on the bricks of the outside where they need to power wash it clean. They only do the minimum it is rather sad to see beautiful building get so neglected.
