We had Nailer Construction build us a 12x20 deck in June of 2007. This was our first major construction project on our new home and we had a lot of questions. We had several contractors come to our home to bid the work and discuss exactly what we wanted. After the fifth contractor come out a friend referred us to Chris Smith the owner of Nailer Construction. He was the only contractor who was willing to take the time to sit down and explain step by step the work to be preformed. We settled on a price and the work began. Upon completion we were blown away. Nailer Construction really went above and beyond what we had expected. Even the city inspector commented on how well our deck was built.

At the beginning of July we decided to build a small addition on the back of our home needless to say we had no clue where to start. We knew we wanted Chris to do the framing so we called him first. He referred us to several other contractors and walked us through the permit process.

Once again we were BLOWN AWAY. Chris really went out of his way for us. We could not be happier. Chris is a very talented framer with a vast knowledge of the construction industry as a whole. He cares about quality more than anything and it shows.
