Provided by YP.comcan't reach anyone but untrained people at one centralized number who don't have correct answers after you wait on hold forever. wasted 3 hours at a branch trying to get a lien release on my car loan after help line told me I could get one with certified funds with a Commerce Bank check. had to go get cash for them. Most ridiculous banking experience I've had.
