I love this preschool! My daughter is now in middle school and attends here in the summer and holiday breaks. She has been with this staff since she was a baby. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. They have supported her potty training, assisted me in teaching her how to read at the age of 4 and now encourage her to be an example for the little ones coming up in behind her. When my daughter went to kindergarten the teacher wanted to know where she had gone to preschool because she was reading so beyond her grade level. Great staff and clean environment. I'm very grateful to them!

I highly recommended Learning and Fun preschool because of the quality of care given to all the children for over 34 years. With that said, several generations of children have been cared for in this time frame. Children that were cared for in previous years, when becoming parents themselves, bring their children to Learning and Fun Preschool. That says a lot for this Center. Educators of several schools have mentioned that children from Learning and Fun Preschool are more advanced in knowledge than children from other Day Care Centers, as these ones learn and come to know the ABC's, numbers, home address, telephone number, and many other basics of early learning. This is of course due to the fact that, for several years Learning and Fun Preschool has been recognized as an 'Accredited' Child Care Provider by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). I found the care given to children of ages six weeks to twelve years of age to be exceptional in this center. Prior to the closure of J.S Chick Elementary School (Kansas City Missouri School District), positive comments from both parents and teachers were made to me and many others regarding the care of children and the curriculum of this center. It was said that the children from Learning and Fun Preschool were more advanced in early childhood education (i.e., names, numbers, colors, home address and telephone number, etc.) than children from other Child care center's. The facility is neat and clean and the employees are kind, courteous and knowledgeable.
