Where do I start...Kansas City Trailer Repair is by far the best rental company I've dealt with. I've been doing business with Kansas City Trailer Repair for several years now, and I've always been taken care of. I was referred to Kansas City Trailer Repair by another rental company, and I was promised that I would be taken care of at Kansas City Trailer Repair, and I absolutely found that to be the case. I was told to ask for Todd when I ordered my equipment, and my man Todd has taken care of me since 2010. Every time I need equipment, I always have the peace of mind that he will get it to my jobsite when I need it, and their rental rates are EXTREMELY competitive. I've had other rental company representatives show up to my jobsite to get me to rent from them, but once I tell them how much my rental rate is for a particular piece of equipment, they tell me they can't compete with Kansas City Trailer Repair rental rates.
Kansas City Trailer Repair employees are extremely nice and respectful. Tony, one of their field mechanics, is extremely knowledgeable at what he does and gets things rolling fast, and he's a great person to talk to. Their drivers are all great at what they do, and are very respectful. I always enjoy seeing Kansas City Trailer Repair's drivers because they have always treated me with respect and always treat me like family. If and when you order equipment from Kansas City Trailer Repair, ask to have "Big Sergio" deliver your equipment, he will definitely help kick start your day the right way. "Big Sergio" is the best driver I've ever seen; there is no place too small for him to back up his trailer. Wherever you want your equipment delivered, "Big Sergio" will get it there; this guy never fails to amaze me; he's a great guy!
My company is definitely not a big company, but with Kansas City Trailer Repair, you never get treated like your insignificant because your not a "big company."
