First time customer. The shop I normally patronized was closed. Woman doing my nails was so busy talking in a foreign language; that she nicked me with the drill, and proceeded to work on until I told her she needed to get me some alcohol for my finger. Had she talked less the nick probably would not have occurred. Nail polish and overall fill was terrible. Nails not completely polished. Will never do anymore business with them. Overall very unprofessional and second class establishment.

If using your debit card be sure they aren't charging you twice. I checked my bank statement and there were 2 charges pending. I was told it would fall off after day three and if it doesn't bring your bank statement and they check it.

On tomorrow I will take my statement and I will post if I was refunded or not.

Do NOT waste your money or your time! First off, they are RUDE and CHEAP! All the money they make in this shop and won't cut on the a/c for their customer's. If I want to sweat I would go NAIL a gym(cleaner then this shop) not Jenny and Kims NAIL Shop! TWO IF you would worry about your customers being happy like you do being pushing, rude, money hungry, dirty shop having, trying to push people into getting a pedicure, and being beyond unprofessional, just maybe that shop would be worthy. THREE give your customers what THEY ASK FOR, NOT WHAT YOU WANT THEM TO HAVE. ( I'm sorry, isn't this MY money I am spending) FOUR get some people in there who do a GREAT job and people might be able to tolerate this RACHET shop! Oh one more thing, correct the grammar in the advertising of your business Jenny and Kims Nail's! in that order!!!!

Not a satisfied customer. Kim did my nails. I don't want to come off rude but this is a review of "my" experience. You get what you pay for which yeah they are cheap and if you show them they messed up they make it worse or look at you dumb when they have to fix your nails. Normally I wouldn't say anything but I just have to.. They were really quick. And sloppy. They won't even clean up the edges for you. They say oh it will wash off . Here's what happened with that: Kim got busy with a customer so I asked another lady to clean up my fingers and put some white paint to fix the missing edges of white she said she couldn't remove excess dried clear coat because she already fixed the white parts (whilst she paints over my designs Cuz she wasn't paying attention) and said she can't do it. Well here's the truth she didn't want to do anything extra because she wasnt the one who did my nails, She didn't get paid for it. Wow where's the team work. I didn't pay to have to clean up my owm nails or correct them I'm the customer have some respect to say sure it'll take just two seconds to remove the excess polish. I also had to drive back to get them to fix my design but, If you look at my design it's smudged. And that's the fix. The other design don't even match. And the tips of my nails were missing white paint. I don't know what the deal was but I'm not going back. Just horrible. I'm out money not satisfied with my purchase and they look bad. =(
