I can't believe how much this place has changed! This store used to be really clean and organized with good prices. I recently visited this store and could not believe how filthy and overpriced it was. The floors looked like they haven't been swept in months. When I had asked the cashier where the jewelry was he said he didn't know. I asked a manager and he told me they sell it "online". He could not provide any information on the website either. I admit I do not shop here often, but I was completely blown away with the changes! On another note, I will think twice before donating anything to this charity, if they aren't even willing to sell their free donated goods to the community that supports them first. There are many people who have no access to a computer who are limited on what they can purchase without having to go on the Web to purchase from a Goodwill store! The old, single parents, homeless, the poor, and limited income family's are no longer able to afford to shop at this so called "Thrift Store". Time to fire the upper management before they run this s**t hole into the ground. At this rate it won't be long. I'm sure I am not the only customer not returning.
