John and John Sr. were very intent on making sure the trees were trimmed according to what I wanted. They gave me good advice about how much to take off and where on the trees. They only wanted to improve the over-crowded situation and prevent damages to my home/yard from a storm since the trees were pretty over-grown.

There was no high-pressure tactic to get me to have a "big" job/bill on the tree trimming, If I decide to take out a tree later, I would definitely call them back to do the job.
