Parker was very helpful assisting with furniture selection and made the paperwork quick and easy! I was also impressed with the delivery guys. They were very considerate when moving my furniture in and assembling! Overall, it was a positive experience!!!

Great prices and great quality and service. The delivery drivers were quick, thorough and very helpful. One of the workers tightened up screws on a new bed I put together. Very nice of him. The pic is the bed they put together from Furniture Deals loooove it.

This store is great! We are repeat customers because of the great selection, laid-back atmosphere, and excellent delivery team. We have purchased sofas, bedroom suites, and mattresses. Highly recommend!

I understand that supply is an issue right now and I may not give anyone else an excellent rating on selection either. Other than that I really like their service.

This has been the worst furniture deal EVER!! Bought a new dining room set after we were told they had them in the warehouse, what they didn’t tell us was they don’t check the furniture before delivery, so today was table number 3.... the others were damaged, instead of taking the table out of the box and looking at it, they wait until it’s delivered. Needless to say all have been damaged. They offered to take $75.00 off if we kept the damaged one we had! They are coming to pick it up next week and give us a refund. Will never deal with them again. Horrible experience.! Probably will take forever to get our refund.

I thought customer service was dead. Not so! This store has quality merchandise, great prices, and the best part is they bend over backward to help the customer if you have a problem. I haven't had this good of an experience with any other company in many years.

On time delivery....professional drivers...quick and easy set up...store employees are helpful and knowledgeable about products.

Over all, it went quite well. If you plan to write a check for the full amount, would recommend you take cash instead. Mine was declined with over 20K in the account.

Furniture Deals were wonderful to work with from the start of sales to the friendly delivery drivers! We had a minor thing that had to be repaired and it was scheduled right away!

Horrible customer service. Told me microfiber would be good for dog hair. Yeah, it is good to suck it up. impossible to get out. Messed up billing address for credit info. Charged me late fee for them sending bill to wrong address. Called Furniture Deals to correct, they said call the credit company, which told me to call Furniture Deals. This run around went on for a month. Went to the store twice and they told me there is nothing they could do. I would not recommend to anyone. I hope they go out of business.

My purchases at Furniture Deals have always gone smoothly and their furniture- all Ashley- is a high quality product. I have purchased a living room and dining room set from a salesman named Steve and his product knowledge and great service has been very helpful in all my purchases!

I was very impressed when I recently visited the store. The salesman Jack, helped with everything we needed this visit and went above and beyond to assist us. We will be back very soon and will ask for Jack.

I was wowed and dismayed. Pleasant sales people and the store looks really nice but pretty much across the board it seemed the quality was really lacking in the only brand they sell. What bothered me the most was how willing the sales people were willing to push poor quality products off on to me. It really makes me question both the individuals integrity as well as the integrity of the company when it comes to that. Bummer.
