Do not go here! This place has the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. And they are over priced. 2 days ago I took my daughter and we both got pedicures and I got a full set with gel polish. We arrived around 6:00pm. My pedicure was done about 6:30 but they were “busy” (even though employees were sitting around and on their phones). I had to wait about 45mins for some one to start on my nails. She started about 7:15 and did not finish until about 8. This gave my pedicure an hour and a half to dry from 6:30-8 but when I got home my toe nails were smudged and ruined and I wondered how and why they weren’t dry after sitting for so long. I returned this morning and asked if they could redo my toe nails but this time with gel so I wouldn’t be waiting for over an hour for them to dry again. The manger said it would be an additional $20 if I wanted gel which I thought was ridiculous. Since I shouldn’t have had to return in the first place. When I did not oblige to paying an extra $20 for a pedicure that was already $23 to begin with, the manager became rude and nasty and yelling and walked away from me before we were even done taking. So then I proceeded to request a refund and she said no. She
threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. I refused to leave before I spoke to the owner. So I got the number to the owner off of the wall and called him. He told me that he would refund me ONLY $5 for the polish or I could pay half price for the gel polish which is $10. I chose to take the refund and he said he would call the manager and let her know. The manager refused to refund the money to me even after speaking to the owner and demanded I leave the store. When I tried to call the owner back several times he did not pick up the phone. This is the worse service I have received and I am highly disappointed. I was left hurt and disrespected without my toe nails painted or my money.

Staff was very nice and fun. Very efficient and worked fast. I would recommend this salon. We went on a Saturday afternoon and got right in....no waiting and we did not have an appointment. And I love my nails!!

Started using this salon because they are near my house. What a waste of money. Shellac is supposed to last 2 weeks or more. My shellac manicure chips within a week. If I get french tips they always change colors.When I went in to show them how bad my nails were within days they insisted I did hair. I'm not a stylist and haven't been near chemicals yet my white tips turned yellow once, pink another time and now they are gray. This woman had the nerve to tell me don't get white tips again. Who says that? Screw this place.

It was very busy on a Saturday and I expected a small wait. I put my name on the sign in sheet and waited. Then I noticed people coming in after me being seated right away. I went up to the sign in sheet and it didn't look like they were marking customers off as they were helped. The lady saw me looking and sat me at a pedicure seat and ran the water. I waited and watched as people coming in before me got started on their pedicures while I waited. I was ignored and after 1 hour of being snubbed I gave up and walked out with wet feet. I passed right by the lady that sat me and she didn't even look at me as I walked out. I will never attempt to do business at this place again.
