I discovered money taken from my checking account for an insurance policy that was opened by Forrest T. Jones & Co. I had no knowledge of this policy, did not authorize it, nor do I want it. I had to file a dispute with my bank in hopes of getting my money back, and filed a complaint with the FBI Internet Fraud Unit.
