The operations and procedures they have in place make the daily duties easier to accomplish. They have all of the tools needed to effectively manage a property and, in turn, pass along so much knowledge to the Homeowners of the communities they manage to ensure they are fully involved. Great company, great people!

Provided by YP.comThis company is the bottom of the barrel. Whomever is answering the phone needs to get a clue. I am embarrassed that my home owners even pay these people for their service. My 8 year old can do a better job than them. Please Ashton @ Charleston Park pick a reputable company that gives a @(*&@.

Provided by YP.comThis is a horrible business. They are terrible at customer service. It takes several calls over several months to even get attention to a problem. This company seems to be more interested in getting homeowners' money than providing the service they're paid to do. I would not recommend ANYONE use them!

Provided by YP.comEmployees are never at their desk to take a call. You will end up getting a very rude receptionist who will direct your call to an answering machine before you can spit any words out. This company will hire low-end managers and their attitude is as cheap as they are.

Provided by YP.comThis company is the worst rental management company I have dealt with! They raise dues dramatically due to their own budget problems and expect the tenants to pay them for the company's shortcoming of money management. They expect the tenant to pay even if they are not living on the property anymore. Essentially, the former tenant is paying for services that the current tenants are using. In the company's clause it states "they have the right to increase dues where they see fit". This company is a total rip off! This company is not worthy of at least one star! BEWARE!!!!!

Provided by YP.comThis company is a very poor company to rent from. They hire poor management, which leads to other things undesirable. Their rentals are very dirty, full of bugs, and you pay according to how well the management likes you . I would not reccomend doing business with this company.
