I would not recommend Family Pools to anyone. I called them because I was referred to them and explained that we just bought a house with a pool and the pool was already up and was crystal clear. We took the water in to be tested 2 days before they came out and were told to add 2 lbs of dy chlor. I mentioned to Mike that we were interested in possibly doing the weekly pool service. He said 65.00 per week then after they came out they said we needed all sorts of things. After talking to him he said the maximum cost would be 250-300. After letting them know we no longer needed their services they were out here 3 times I got a bill today for $430 today & I'm going to contact the BBB. They did us wrong for sure and I'm not paying 430 to them. Don't use this company!
