Provided by YPmobileWent here to wash our comforter and lost 4.75 for the machine because we put the money in before closing the door, the manager or owner was there and saw this happen... She didn't offer a refund because "all laundromats are like that"... Well we don't normally go to laundromats, and there was no sign or instructions on the machine noting this. Worst of all, she sat there and watched us put all the money in with the door open and didn't say a thing. Needless to say we didn't fork out any more money to these people. We just took our dirty comforter and left.
