Think before you visit Family Affair

i made a visit to Family Affair because it's close to home. i called KIM from Family Affair first to tell her about what i wanted and to inquire about her prices. At the time of my visit i expressed to Kim that i wasn't very good at doing hair. Once my hair was done you can tell that she didn't pay attention to anything i said. i went in to get my hair colored, cut & styled. The color was really cute, the cut was helpful also, the style was messed up the next day, no substance at all. i paid $70 for a hairstyle that was messed up the next day, then as time went by i started to shed big time, i called KIM and asked her if that was normal she says yes. Then chunks of hair started falling out. So i went to see KIM personally, she then started to blame me for her overprocessing my hair. What kind of hair grease are you using, what type of conditioner are you using, I"M USING THE SAME PRODUCTS i was using before i came into the mother&*^#$^#^!! My hair was healthy before i came into her shop, she gave no compassion to her client at all and i wouldn't recommended her shop at all. in fact i'll give bad reviews to any and everybody that wants to know. Also both times i visited this shop, there were family members all in the shop, no wonder she has no compassion for other people, she's too busy doing her family's hair. i guess the name speaks for itself. FAMILY AFFAIR!! Now i had to cut all my hair off and start over because KIM from Family Affair apparently doesn't know how to apply permanent color!!
