I wouldn't recommend anyone who owns a bashing site to anyone who has problems with appliances. You started that place to bash people- very nice! Now why would you do that? Is your life That miserable? It must be, I pity your very existence. Have a nice life wallowing in your own misery. Now everyone knows who and what you are, hope it spreads like the hate in your life.

It was awful! They walked in with mud on their feet, supposed to fix my furnace. They broke it and never finished the job! I got a bill for 300.90, for nothing! I had to call a reputable heating place. They fixed it and now my home is warm again. They only charged me for what I needed, very professional and Union Too! Never call D&D for nothing, unless you like Dungoens & Dragons! They are jerks-
