I used Custom Home Inspections when I purchased my second rental property. They were very professional, worked around my time schedule, showed up on time and were very thorough with the inspection. The Inspector spent a good amount of time going over all findings, and giving us ideas on what needed to be done to get the probelms fixed. I have recommended them to two more friends who used them and were pleased. I will use them again on my next home.
