FRED1111, is it possible that you chose a crappy installer? I install their windows and my customers love them…. but, please…. consider who you chose and the supposed value of using the "Cheap Guys" to install…. you get what you pay for…. Awesome Windows!. Love the ...

Awesome Windows!. Love the triple glass sashes w/low e and argon. Our house is so much quieter after the replacement of the windows. There is practically no radiant heat on my south facing windows anymore! I am really impressed with the quality and attention to detail put into these windows.
