Jimmy is the salesman and he’ll tell you whatever you want to hear to get the job. But they damaged plenty of items even one I specifically told them couldn’t be damaged. They also showed up late and took a 90 min lunch on the clock.

Had an excellent experience with Centurion. I think a difficult move with very heavy pieces and lots of stairs. The three movers worked so hard all day from 9 to 7 and were very careful with our items and polite and professional.

Not a good experience! Sales person (Jimmy) was great. He came out as scheduled and gave an estimate promptly. We scheduled for two day move, pack day 1, load, move and unload day 2. Jimmy made a point of explaining that anything I did myself would save me money, so I made a point to pack and move as much as possible the weekend before our scheduled move. I texted Jimmy the weekend before our move and let him know that I got a lot done and that we could probably do the move in a day. He said he'd check with operations, but said he was sure it would work. I followed up on Monday, and find out that they don't have a truck to move on Tuesday. I told them I didn't want to waste a day having guys pack for an hour or two, and that I was going to call around to see if one of the other companies that had provided an estimate was available. I called them back, to tell them we could stick to our original schedule. They said they were no longer interested in working with me. There's lots of better companies out there. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Movers were very careful with all of our items, very polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!
