We have received excellent service from Blacksher since we started using them in April of 2017. (Today’s date is 11/22/18) They have always been prompt and when I have seen the gentlemen on the truck in the morning they have always been pleasant and polite. We appreciate what they do for us.

I can never get this business to return my call all I get is voice mail. I leave message and no return call. Also they always throw my trash can either in the street on in the middle of the driveway it is never placed upright. What is with that? The other customers cans are sitting upright?

We were serviced by Blacksher Trash/Disposal for 15 years. They were quick, hard working and would pick up trash around the can (i.e. critter buffet). They send out a bulk rate list once a year that covers most EVERYTHING. The actual time for pick up varies somewhat. RARELY -- RARELY their pick up times may be a bit extreme but they ALWAYS come.

To make things easy for the customer, they let you pay for bulk items or yard waste -- brown bags ($1/brn bag -- bulk items vary) and bulk items, by writing a check, stuff it in an envelope and write BTW on front. Tape to the outside of your door or put it in your mailbox, your choice.

Blacksher Disposal/Trash service is outstanding... Even after 15 yrs. They're "A" rated in my book. Thanks for your doing what you do AND doing what you say.

Customer service is no longer commonplace, but I have consistently received superior customer service from Blacksher Trash Service. They are reliable, friendly and will expend the extra effort to do a good job. I wish them much success in their business.

They do a good job picking up weekly trash but not much else. I have contacted this servce on and off for about a year trying to get rid of building materials. No matter what number I call, ther is no one their and leaving a message does no good. No one ever returns your call.
