I have been using Bic for several years and have always be delighted with their service. They have altered prom dresses, wedding dresses, jeans and etc but recently they repaired a leather jacket which I thought was beyond help. I can't tell you how happy I was. Always prompt, always reasonable and always courteous. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
