I returned an item purchased from them via UPS and have proof of delivery. First they said they didn't get it and I proved they did. Then they said they would credit my account which they didn't. I checked with my card company and they said they never received a credit. I checked the Better Business Bureau website and they are rated D-, not accredited! DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
