After not receiving a call today to let us know our dog was done, my husband & I both called & got no answer. My husband stopped, pounded on their door to get someone to answer. In very broken English, the lady that came to the door told my husband there were no dogs left, they had all been picked up! We were both very upset to think they had let someone else take our dog! I was near hysterics when all of a sudden I heard Jackie yelp from a room in the back... she was in a cage with a fan near her... she's 13 and beginning to be hard of hearing & I'm so glad she finally heard us! I'm not sure if it was on purpose or a mistake, but we will never go there again & would never recommend them to groom anyone's dog.

Horrible!!!! Cut my dog and blamed me!!!! Refused to take care of it and screamed and harassed me! Do not take you pet if you value their safety!!!

My dogs have gone here for about 8 years. I tried many other groomers in this area. This is the only place my dogs like and they know how to work with animals. Occasionally my bichons ears aren't cut quite short enough I just tell them and they fix it. Love the owner and she keeps long time employees. My dogs walk in the shop willingly!

Terrible work. We took our cat in for a lion cut, and noticed a quarter aized bald spot and clipper scrape on the top of his head when we got home. The owner of Animal Attic did the cut herself and did not tell us a thing when we picked the cat up. We did not notice it until we got home. We will never go back, and want others to know why

We have 2 Goldendoodles Zoe and Jake. They have been groomed here since we have owned them. They are the best deal in town. Those that want to spend a fortune, have at it. These people are friendly and do a nice job on our dogs. Thanks Animal Attic for providing an affordable option for dog grooming.

I have an English Bulldog so no grooming of hair/fur is needed. I take my 4 yr old 70 lb bulldog to them about every 2 weeks. They do an excellent job on bathing and trimming her nails. She doesn't let me cut her nails but they are able to do an excellent job. They are so polite and remember my baby and treat her well. She doesn't fight me when I take her and drop her off. They are always done within the hour. Best price around. With the price and job well done not to mention the customer service, I have no problem giving them a tip and taking my baby girl back!

I called all the surrounding pet grooming companies and this was the cheapest one. They accept walk-ins, and it didn't take too long before they called me and said my dog was ready. They did an ok job; I asked the lady to make one one small adjustment it and she did. They also put little bows in her hair, which was a cute but silly touch. This was my first time taking my pup to a place like this, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I will likely probably return.

We were very disappointed with our poodle's hair cut. Not only was it uneven, he didn't even look like a poodle. Furthermore, they are very slow. I've been to this place before and not really been impressed with their cutting skills. My dog always gets cut here and I have finally learned my lesson. I will not go here again.

I have a Pom That i wanted her to have the special "lion cut" No xtra charge!! My bichon (a hard to groom dog) $24! They really know how to get my attention! They are a small shop and I will never go anywhere else! They are building a great thing! I support Them 100%
