I have been buying my appliances from this sears outlet for many, many years. I bought my kenmore washer and dryer there back in 1989. They are both running as I write this review. I am getting ready to take my daughter there today to get appliances for her house today. The sales persons were always very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend going to the Sears Outlet first to check out the bargins before spending full price on your appliances.

Am hanging on the phone for more than 10 minutes now, waiting for parts. A man answered after about twenty rings and asked if I could hold a FEW minutes. I said "SURE." AM STILL WAITING. FOURTH LONG SONG IS BEGINNING RIGHT NOW. I COULD HAVE DRIVEN THERE JUST ABOUT AS FAST, BUT KNEW I HAD OTHER THINGS TO DO. THINK I WILL HANG UP AND CALL BACK AND IF ASKED IF I WILL HOLD, I WILL SAY "SORRY, BUT I CAN'T." WISH THEIR WAS A MINUS RATING, BUT HAD TO RATE BEFORE I COULD SUBMIT.
