The first problem was they gave us a bid belonging to another person and we did not know it wasn't our bid until we had chosen our granite and were scheduling the install. Chris did work to accommodate our schedule and overall the work was fine. However, they dropped a piece of granite when installing and broke our deck stair. They did not repair or adjust the price. The worst was they completely trashed the entire upstairs living area of our home by cutting the range top hole INSIDE he hours resulting in a coat of fine granite dust settling over dishes, furniture, floors and windows. They left us with the 3 hour cleanup on a Saturday when we had a dinner party for 8 scheduled same evening. They should do all cutting outside the home. All complaints are directed to the installers.
