Horriable!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! They have had the inside of my tv for months and all I ever hear is we are waiting on the part..It's on back order..We got the part but we are to busy to fix it at the moment..or better, IT NEEDS ANOTHER PART AND WE DON'T KNOW IF WE CAN GET IT!!! SCAMED ME FOR 40 BUCKS to pick up the tv insides..have had it since June..and want to charge me 150 dollars to fix it..ARE YA KIDDING ... After all this time...Only person that ever answers is some guy who doesn't talk to women..he hangs up if its a female.. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! RIP OFF MAJOR!!! FYI Both numbers listed one with address and serving your area are the same company!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMAPANY. IT IS A RIP OFF! I hired this man to come to my house and do a diagnostic & estimate for repair. When I called him to set up the appointment he asked for my model # and serial #. He then came to my house and again wrote down the model # & serial # and said that he would do some investigation and get back to me. He took my $30.00 and left. He didnt call me back. I called him 3 days later and he didnt even know who I was. When he finally figured out who I was, he again told me that he was still investigating the matter. This went on for 2 weeks. He would never call me. I would always have to call him and explain in detail who I was. Finally, on a Thursday, I called him and he said that he would have to come to my house and pull my TV off the wall and tear it apart to see what was wrong. He said that he would be there on Friday. I asked what time and he just said sometime Friday. I waited all day for him to show up. At 3:00 I finally called him. Again explained who I was and asked what time he would be out. He said that he was out and about right then and it would be 4:00. 4 came and went, so did 4:30. I then got out my phone book and called someone else to take care of it. At 5:45 he called me talking about he had no transportation & couldnt come out til Wednesday. Funny, because when I called at 3:00 he was in his vechicle. I then advised him that I decided to go with someone else and asked when we could meet for a refund. He said Monday. Of course, no call Monday or all week for that matter. Today is Friday and I called him again. He said that he had been busy and would put it in the mail. I asked him if that was really going to happen, considering everything else he said was a lie. He asured me that it would. I told him that if it didnt that I would report him to the BBB, followed by him hanging up on me. I was extremely professional in that conversation. After the hang up, I tried to call him back, with no answer. Who does buisness like that? So, in hindsight, this man will happily show up to your house to take your money and not do any work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HE WILL RIP YOU OFF!
