I haven't been there but i know that this restaurant is almost in every state so its probably very good.

The place is ok, just to many other choices around.

I made an appointment for my Mom to have a massage. She drove out to the store, a rather lengthy drive to be told they had canceled her appointment. Might I add, about 10 minutes before she arrived I called to verify the appointment because she had not heard from them. The girl working there was rude and told my Mom she couldn't control it. There was no attempt to rectify the problem. Stupidly, I made an appointment with the same therapist for a few weeks later. I left work an hour and a half early, drove 20 minutes to get there and five minutes before I arrived there, they called to tell me the therapist had been sick all day and had just decided to go home. Again, I never received a call from the therapist or store manager apologizing for the inconvenience. I WON'T be making any further appointments there. They have no concern for the client, no customer service. Are they under the false impression they are the only place you can go to be pampered? Can't imagine they have many repeat clients!

food is very bland there. There's no sauce in the sandwich. It literally tasted like they just put mushrooms and cheese between the bread and that was it.Oh and i did get a little extra something in my sandwich, a tin foil crumpled up in the sandwich so i just didnt eat it. Soup was ok. i would not go there normally because of this but my daughter likes bland food. so i go once in a blue moon.
