I contacted NPI because I was refinancing my home and wanted to budget additional funds for needed repairs. Two inspectors came out to my property. Joe and Woodie talked with me and took time to answer questions throughout the inspection process. Within a day I was emailed the 60 page report. It included a 3 page checklist to easily reference areas of concern. The remainder of the report had the detailed information on everything they inspected and it’s condition. They included roughly 100 pictures so I could visually see their findings. These guys are very knowledgeable about home structure and maintenance so they recognize defects and preventative repairs. I would hire them again.

Met the inspection crew at the home and there were two inspectors present, both already working on the outside of the home. I basically walked through the whole inspection asking questions all the time and both were very happy to answer. Very knowledgeable and professional inspectors that were a delight to work with. Our report was issued shortly after the inspection with a Radon guide attached. I will definitely use NPI again and refer to my home buying friends.
