Provided by YP.comI had my home re-appraised on Thursday and it appraised 30k over their appraisal. If you're refinancing make sure the mortgage company is not sending these people.

Provided by YP.comUnder appraised my home 30K and cost me my refi. Teresa spent 10 mins in my home and pulled comps from a different city. Also listed home as 2 baths instead of 3. She was over 30 mins late to apt as well.
