We've been going to her for a few years because she's been able to get us a lot of money back. However , when ever there is a problem, we don't hear back from her at all. It's very frustrating, and I am extremely sick of it. Last year it was her fault, she entered in information wrong, this year the IRS says it's on her end again but we have yet to hear back and get it taken care of. We won't be going back anymore. Don't bother. She's not very professional.

Julie has done our taxes for years. Great service.
