Very unhappy was in the room maybe 30 minutes and big bed bugs started to crawl all over the bed the good thing I had not gotten my stuff off but I put two big ones in a cup and told the manager that the room was infested and I wanted my money back they refused a refund and still after seeing them said that that specific room had just been remodeled and couldn't have bugs like if I had just brought them with me for fun. Very disappointed with how they handled the situation
