Customer service at the Central Ave (KCK) location is terrible! There is a heavy set hispanic woman who works there during the day that has a major attitude every time I eat there. I once sat in line for over 5 minutes before I went inside to ask if there drive-thru was working. The cashier told me that the drive thru was functioning properly when I look over and see Mrs. Sunshine wearing the drive-thru headphones frowning and rolling her eyes. I thought that maybe she was just having a bad day until the next time I visited the store, I overheard two other customers talking amongst themselves saying the same thing.



Besides that they give you chicken that was made hours ago unless you ask them for fresh chicken.

i think if you are open intil 11:00 you should be very well stocked with your food.I sat in your drive through for 45 minutes on 7-2-09 and then drove up to the window to have somebody slam the window in my face.And then have the manager be rude to me the following day. I can't say i will ever give my money to this business again
