Dr. Timothy Beaver is a sports cardiologist and the medical director of adult echocardiography at The University of Kansas Health System. His specialties include cardiovascular disease, sports cardiology, echocardiography, valvular heart disease and general cardiology. He is an expert in noninvasive, multimodality cardiovascular imaging in young adult competitive athletes. His research interests include pre-participation screening and sudden death prevention, cardiovascular imaging, new echo technologies and valvular heart disease.
