Really excited to start going to the gym, however every time I went I felt out of place I felt judged and like I didn't fit in, maybe I looked weird, I don't know. After a few months I decided I would cancel my membership and look else where! And I did! Come to find out they have been charging me this entire time even though I had cancelled.
$186 dollars later I'm still waiting for something to be done! I called to get things resolved and they just passed me around wasting my time. They then promised a return and never did so. Today January 19 2017 I tried again and they laughed at me! I wouldn't recommend getting a membership. I now attend planet fitness, they're always nice and warm when I go!
