They were very friendly, I was in a rush and needed a car quickly due to some engine issues with my previous vehicle, they were able to get me in a car right away and were super sweet and attentive. I definitely recommend them!

I have had this car only for a month and a half. ISSUSES NOTHING BUT ISSUSES. GOD SEES EVERYTHING AND KNOWS EVERYTHING!!!!! CHILDREN RIDE IN THESE CARS TOO YOU KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My brother brought a car from you, and he drove it 3 times when his transmission went out, he ended up having to fight to get it replace, which you sent him to a place to replace. 4 days later the rebuilt transmission went out again, so you made him pay for the next one. Drove 4 times now it is running hot, blowing oil. He was so overly stress about this car, his first one he brought ever, He had a massive heart attack and died March the 1st. Due to stress and worrying. You would not even help him and he paid cash for that car. Now it is sitting in my yard not able to drive it. You did not even back him up, so sad that he only got to drive it maybe 10 times tops. Yea I tell everyone i know and let them come out and see the car, I am so mad that you would not even make it good for him. I sent everything to BBB.

I bought a Suburban from them and have been very pleased. They even came to my house to deliver it for me. They sales team were professional and very helpful, and their service department did a fine job.

liked their inventory and I bought an SUV from them.while the deal was being made they told me for 2 days they were cleaning it changing oil and replacing the old battery. So when I finally was driving it home on 85 and the service engine light came on I took it to them they turned it off and said if it comes back on to come back,well it did and it wouldn't allow me go accelerate so after multiple trips back to them cuz they couldn't fix it they came and towed iT so wrapped in a nutshell they told me they fixed the coil packs spark plugs and ran emissions cleaner through it and it eventually came back on again on my way home from work so we called and they said they will tow it again so I said no and called the finance company and she said they will come and get it and take it to a different mechanic so they told me it needed a new coil pack so obviously they never ktown never replaced my coil pack they said they did they are nice people but they apparently lied to me all they were doing was beating around the bush ill never go back again

I was looking for a SUV to pull my boat. Spent a lot of time on the internet checking out dealers, craigslist, etc.. all within a 50 mile radius of Kannapolis. On the way home from another dealer, I spied 2 Tahoes sitting in K Towns lot. Inquired the next day and sat down to deal. They fixed everything that I found wrong and still cut a GREAT cash deal. They treated me like a "old friend" and I walked away feeling I got the best deal in town, which I did.



They also have a service center with certified technicians. They can do anything from oil changes to transmissions.



They also offer extended warrany insurance. If you have a need for financing a vehicle, they'll find a way to help you out. I HIGHLY recommend that you stop by and check them out. Even if they don't have exactly what your looking for, give them a little time and they'll find it for you.



I'd give them a 4 star rating and I'll be back to buy again.
