Took my sewing machine to get fixed and as soon as I got home to use it, it wouldn't work and did the exact same thing it did before I took it! Took it back again since I spent a arm and a leg and once I got it home I saw a scratch across the front where the singer name is a we'll as they got the spool of thread was twisted and wrapped around on the inside and had to be untangled to get it undone which was crazy because I couldn't even think of a way that could happen!

The only reason I give this store more than 1 star is because they have a decent selection of embroidery thread at a reasonable price. They have lots of machines as well as vacuum supplies but I've not looked at that. My issue is the woman who works there (has a slight accent - German maybe) is VERY rude. If I'm trying to match thread to fabric she hovers over me as if I'm going to steal something. It's not a "oh what are you making" friendly presence at all. The prices on their other items (stabilizer, bobbins, etc) seem high & can get that elsewhere with coupons so the only reason I go back is the thread selection.
