I've recently been in touch with this company and they were very friendly and informative! I would recommend to help if you are looking for a rental or if you are looking to purchase a home.

So thankful that I found this company to work with. The staff is very efficient and has been nothing but helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure their prospective tenants and tenants are well taken care of.

Worst rental agency I have ever had to deal with! It has been more than 60 days and I'm still waiting for my rental deposit to be returned! Not counting the house wasn't clean when we moved in and the wood flooring downstairs needed to be replaced.

Awful..poor communication dishonest and discriminatory practices.

The company's agent is rude,does a poor job of following up and is not forthright about the availabilty of there properties after YOU APPLY. Beware huge waste of time and money.

Since I got my keys, I have been having trouble with this agency. I had previewed the house, which was incredibly dirty, and informed them I would rent only if the house were cleaned and painted (several scratches, flakes, and holes in the walls, not to mention water damage in the bathroom). I was assured this would be no problem. The day of move in, I have everything packed and ready, and half my family waiting at the house while I go get my keys. When I get in the building, its somehow even filthier than when I previewed, and has a terrible smell! There's mold in the fridge and all over the bathroom, dust CAKED on the base boards, and of course, no paint. With a half hearted excuse, APM finds a cleaner to clean up before we move in. Which takes 2 hours to find. And then another hour for her to clean. By herself. I'm sorry but no matter how good you are, that job could not have been done in an hour. I called back again to inform them the shabby job she did, and the told me there was nothing else they could do. THANKS.



Now we have inspections coming up to ensure the quality of the property. After they changed the original time to a time when I am to be at work I called to let them know I would need a different time, I wasn't OK with having a stranger unattended in my home. But of course, I have no say in the matter and there's no way it can be changed. "That WILL be the time of the inspection". Well thank you very much APM. I'm just so looking forward to spending the winter with your terrible agency.

These guys have the best rental properties in the area. I highly recommend them!
