Sear portrait studio experience at Pearlridge mall! 1/2 a star- HORRIBLE FRUSTRATING experience! We had a 30 min wait for my husband and my 3 kids; we had an uninterested, uninspired, lethargic photographer; I called a day before pickup and was told photos weren't ready; called the next day and was told that they would call me that day when they were ready- was not called; called the day after and was told they could not find my order and to come in with the receipt so they could studio print the photos based on the receipt BUT could not print them at the moment since the printer is broken "please call tomorrow before you come". You bet I will call and will NEVER AGAIN visit a Sears Potrait Studio again and will NEVER RECOMMEND it. I learned my lesson in cheap portraits=cheap art=poor customer service=what a waste of time and energy!!!

This place has extreme patience for the little ones who aren't willing to smile...

When in Hawaii and tired of the local plates of two scoops rice, potato mac salad and greasy meat - there's always good old American fast food. I love their baked potatoes!
