We have had a really frustrating experience with Cronen's. We gave them the business for all of our flooring, four bathrooms, two mud rooms, and two kitchens. The process was incredibly disappointing. They have very poor customer service skills, with communication limited to demanding e mails. They did not meet agreed on timelines with our contractor and made no apologies. Every one of our showers had cracked tile within weeks of instillation. Despite alerting them, it has now been months of trying to get them to tend to the problems, which are now large areas without any grout... and they have been non-communicative. Please, save your money and your sanity. I would not recommend! Save yourself the frustration!
