if only there was zero stars opt but Customer service is horrible, they are miss informative , they can be easily misunderstood and they don't bother to correct themselves nor apologize, find a mistake on your bill? they won't bother to help fix it. I would NOT recommend this place if you want good customer service and understanding people helping you when you need it, they are of no description close to this. WARNING: DOUBLE

Horrible Customer Service Here, lady named Alexis had a terrible attitude when I questioned her about a 2.85 "late fee" they added after they received my payment for my last bill. My account should have been paid off Nov 8th they received my payment through the mail on the 12th (On the contract I signed, Alexis circled that the Late Fee penalties are $30 late fee will be added TEN days AFTER the payment due date) When I question her about this and pretty much had to interrogate her over the phone about this, she yells at me and says "it's just $2.85 just come in and pay it!"... (I live 70 miles away) I've been late a few days on my payments before b/c I had to mail it in, BUT my print out of all my payments show they were all made before the 10 days. they NEVER added a fee like this before. Instead of being helpful, she ends up totaling the 2.85 to 30.45 by the time I come in to pay for it. I highly recommend nonresidents of Kanab to find a better loan company. They're not professional
