My converter box went out in my 5th wheel. Lance came and replaced it in a timely manner. He kept me posted about when he would be there and showed up promptly when he said he would. He was friendly and kept me informed on the repairs he was making. He is a young man but knows what he is doing! I would recommend Little's to others. Lance also gave me a local discount, which was nice and unexpected.

My wife and I were on vacation here in southern Utah. We had just checked into a local RV Park and I discovered a hydraulic leak on our fifth wheel trailer. Upon further inspection, one of the hydraulic hoses had a hole rubbed in it from the frame. The hydraulics operate the jacks and the slides. We were pretty much dead in the water. The owner of the RV Park suggested I call Littles Diesel Service as they could make me a new hydraulic hose. I called them and they said to bring them the bad hose and they could make me a new one. I had no way of removing the hose, so Ralph, the manager said to bring the trailer down as they had worked on RV's before. We took the trailer to them. They said that they didn't know how long it would take and offered to let us hook up to water and electric so we could stay in our trailer at their facility. We did just that. They had a young man named Lance dive into it around 5 oclock that same afternoon and he was done at 6 oclock. Wow, what a stroke of luck. We were thousands of miles from home and hundreds away from the nearest RV repair facility. Even the closest RV repair facility (120 miles away) said it would be two weeks before they could get to it. These people are the best! My hats off to Ralph, Lance (who works there after school everyday) and the rest of the team. Thank you so much! You are life savers!

HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE!! I AM VERY UNSATISFIED! NEVER AGAIN!!!

FIRST OF ALL, THE GUY MIKE WAS LYING SO MUCH AND CHARGING ME WAYYYY EXTRA FOR NO REASON AND WHEN I ASKED HIM WHY HE WAS DOING THAT HE STARTED CUSSING, EVEN IN FRONT OF MY LITTLE KIDS!!!! HE KEPT TRYING TO CHARGE MY BANK ACCOUNT WITH HIGH AMOUNTS OF MONEY FOR WORK THAT HE NEVER EVEN DID! VERY UN-HONEST AND RUDE!!!!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!! HE TRIES TO TAKE ALL THE MONEY HE CAN FROM YOU, WILL DO ANYTHING HE CAN FOR THAT, WILL LIE SO MUCH AND BELIEVE ME HE HAS 25 YRS OF EXPERIENCE WITH TRICKING PEOPLE! WOULD NOT NOT NOT RECOMMEND! FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!
