I'm just getting around to posting this, but felt it was necessary to share my experience with Cassie at Amore. First off let me explain my picture: The top left is my hair before. The bottom left is the picture I went in with, I wanted the cut and color. The right picture is the cut and color I ended up with. So this was my first experience at Amor. My hair was grown out all one length so what I asked for should've been a simple request. Except what I got I can honestly say it's the worst cut I've ever received. The "layers" look like I chopped my own hair with my eyes closed. They're so chopped& uneven, let alone the bottom isn't even close to being angled correctly and instead angled severely one direction!! there's even a layer under all other layers that's shorter than everything else (who does that?!). The beauty collage could've done better!So then comes the color, I had grown my roots out for the past 8 months. I'd been dying my hair blonde for years& my goal was to let my roots grow out so they could have break and heal some. The balayage color I asked for would have fit in with my goal. As you can see my hair is back to being bleached, completely ruining all my hard work and desired hair color!! and then to top it all off, it was the most expensive cut/color I've been charged ($130, so $150 with tip) I scheduled a "fix" appointment for the following week, but was so upset I couldn't trust anyone &decided I would rather just a refund for the poor service. A gal returned my call about a week later,we communicated back& forth for about a week, she was very pleasant & offered someone else to fix my cut/color. But as I explained above that would only further damage my hair &would rather a refund. Instead I find out she can't refund my money as they're independent contractors so if I wanted a refund I'd have to talk to Cassie, the gal that butchered my hair. I sent the picture posted and simply mentioned the above. After much debate Cassie would only refund me 50%+ my tip! Twice I even asked her if she thought the picture on the right was worth even half, $65 ..I just ignored. Because they don't have an actual manager, there's no one to handle quality control or situations like this, maybe this will somehow help future customers avoid having an experience like I did. service recovery is one of the most important aspects of customer service, to say that this was lacking at Amor is an understatement

I just left this salon and I would have to say that this is one of the worst places I have ever been to, avoid avoid this place, I couldn't even get a simple blowout, worse than my traumatic experience at regis. If this is the best salon Kalispell has to offer, forget it. Comfortable, clean atmosphere, good salon products but rushed and poor work.

Im not from Kalispell but I have family there and I go visit them like once or twice a year, anyway everytime I go to Kalispell I have to go to Amore salon and Spa because I just love it, I think is the best salon ever, all the people wotking there are so nice and kind, I really recommend amore salon and spa

I went for the first time to amore salon and spa, I just moved here and a friend recomended it, and oh well... I loved it! it is an amazing place, i am so happy with everything i had done, and the people is so nice in there. Really I loved it, i will be back for sure.

Amore is the most beautiful, warm and inviting salon I have ever been to. I went in to get a haircut from Nicole. She took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and really connected with me. We talked about color which I was hesitant about from a previous experience but after talking about it a little more I decided to do it. When we were finished I coulndt believe it! I wish I could post a picture because it looks amazing. The color is just what I wanted, warm and natural. My cut was just what I asked for because I feel like Nicole really listened to what I wanted. I would recommend this Salon and Spa to anyone. I am going back in in a few days to get my eye brows waxed with Kathy who was recommended to me by Nicole. I can't wait to back in! Thank you Amore Salon and Spa for making my first Salon experience in the Valley amazing.

I have been working at Amore' for a while now and it feels like my second home. Everyone is so caring and thoughtful and always knows how to put a smile on my face. We are like a big family and would do anything for anyone else. I love that the salon helps other people. In October there is our "Think Pink" event and all the proceeds go to help cancer patients in the Valley. We also donated our time by doing hair cuts at Samaritan House. This year we are having a big Masquarade Ball at the Hilton Hotel on New Years Eve and all the proceeds will go to our Fire Fund, which gives money to those in the Valley affected by fire. I have never been in a place that is so involved in the community and I love it. It's such a great feeling to be at a place that loves to help.

I have been looking for a new hairstylist and I was pleasently surprised with the quality of service at Amore Salon and Spa. I had Jennifer S. Do my hair and I have to say this was the best hair cut I've had in years. I just love how genuine she is and the vibe from all the staff is wonderful. I'll be going back for sure.

I have to say that Amore salon and spa has some of the most amazing people I have ever met. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. I leave there feeling so amazing everytime I go! Pampered in the spa and the most amazing cut and colors that leave me feeling like a celebrity. I also want to say thank you for being so giving and generous to our community 14 familys were blessed by your selflessness last year due to all your awesome fundraisers. I also wanted to let everyone know this group of people aslo donates time to the homeless cutting hair every year along with the high heel relay to raise money for women in need. I pesonally have a friend who was a stylist and recieved a wig donated by the staff while she lost her fight to cancer and all I have to say about this amazing group is that thanks to you she felt beautiful while she passed.



Thank you amore for all that you do! Anyone who so much negitive info to spread obviously does not know you the way I do.

I love spending my days here. It is so beautiful and the team is outstanding.

I recently got my hair colored by Melanie at Amore. I was really nervous because I had some bad experiences in the past, but Mel was so amazing! She listened to everything I had to say and my hair turned out perfect! I won't go anywhere else I am so happy.



I also am very impressed with all the people who work here it is a great environment to be in, everyone is very kind and very helpful. Thanks again.

The best massage I have ever had, the therapists name was Stan.

I just want to thank Stan for the best massage I have ever had, I walked in late as they were leaving for the day and asked if they knew where I could get a massage this late. Stan threw up his arms and said well that's what we do here, he walked me down stairs into his room immediately, and within 10 minutes of walking in at closing time I was getting the best massage of my life. His hands are big and strong, but he found every knot in my body, It was the most amazing experience. The salon was totally beautiful, the people were absolutely fantastic. I will be returning again in the spring and will be looking for Stan.
