Worst repair service I've ever experienced. Did not honor fulfillment promise made at time of my purchase. Told me he did not want my business in the future because I had questions. He said he was "offended"with my questions about the vacuum or the service. He need not worry, the internet is alive and well and fortunately even though I live in a small town, I have choices as where I take my vacuum for service. his prices are way too high anyway.
