I bought a washer and dryer in 2006. They delivered the set and hooked them up. Ten years in I needed a new part for the washer. They came out and fixed it and those appliances are still working to this day! Their customer service is one of the best I have experienced in the area and I highly recommend them. I just bought a house so I will be furnishing my appliances through Major Appliance!

I have gotten a washer and dryer through them and the manger is very rude she told me over the phone she is not a mind reader well fix my stuff rudeness

I bought 1 new washer for half the price of a department store, a fridge and dryer. I bought the wrong dryer, and just phoned in an exchange, they were so helpful. And I was only charged $40 for delivery, installation/hook ups and hoses, and set up!! So if something goes wrong they will fix it because they installed it! Great place to purchase from, I will come back here as many times as I need to!

This place is a gigantic rip off. They sold me a washer and dryer and the washer flooded my basement on the first load. Then they told me it was my fault for hooking up the hose incorrectly yet they never even came out to look at it. It had nothing to do with the hose it overflowed. They were extremely rude and didn't want to give me a refund! Their products are expensive and horrible quality and their warranty is a joke. Check out their other terrible reviews on Google. Stay clear!

I called Major Appliance needing help with ordering a part. After talking with them they made me realize i wasnt sure what part i exactly needed. The staff there helped walk me through my appliance problem and they figured out what part i needed. They were friendly, very informative and saved me a lot of time and money! Most people now a days wont even give you the time of day. If anyone needs appliance help or service they are the guys to call.
