They are great to work with. Everyone at the office is friendly and helpful. I saved about 1,000 dollars a year switching to this agency from State Farm and I recommend them to all of my friends. I was given an incorrect quote from Progressive at one point, but that was not the fault of the agent at Boot Haan. They switched me over right away to another insurance company. I will continue to work with them because they make it easy to do business and you can't beat the price!

Boot Haan Insurance Agency has always provided insurance for our family for many years so when it came time for me to get insurance for my own vehicles/home I knew right away I would be doing business with them. Shorty after setting up my rental/car insurance I found that I was given the wrong pricing information on my desired deductible amount. It all went downhill from there. I will not get into the details but there was many times my calls weren't returned and my questions answered with lies and false promises. I had even received a rude voicemail from one of their insurance agents stating that he had gotten approval from his boss to correct a billing error they had made. A month later I received a bill for this amount! When I drove down there to the actual company on Drake road, with voicemail in hand, they refused to acknowledge my proof that the agent had said they were going to correct the error and never did it.

In my opinion this is an act of bad business. You don't say one thing and do another. It's untrustworthy and just plain wronge. Even thought this company may have resonable prices I encourage you to do business with honest, hard working people unlike Boot Haan Insurance on Drake Road in Kalamazoo, MI
