Dr. Luria is a board-certified dermatologist. She earned her BS from Case Western Reserve University and her MD from Georgetown University School of Medicine. Dr. Luria completed dermatology residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center / National Naval Medical Center. She taught dermatology for several years at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and has given lectures at local, regional, and national levels. She served as Chief of Dermatology in Fort Drum, NY and in Fort Meade, MD. Dr. Luria has been practicing in Kailua since leaving the Army in 2011.
