Provided by YPmobileThe restaurant is in a good location, with a good view. The food is excellent. I take a trip there from Tampa every two months just for the Dungeness Crabs. Although the service is a little slow sometimes.

Provided by YPmobileFirst of all let me start by saying that I loved the Rustic Inn in Ft. Lauderdale and would make a point to eat there whenever I was down south. I was so excited when they opened one in Jupiter and told all my family & friends on Facebook. They have gotten so much business on my behalf. However, I've visited the one in Jupiter 3 times which were okay but the 4th time my sister and myself took our mother on Mother's Day and it wasn't the same. I ordered the reef platter and requested parsley potatoes over fries. They gave me fries anyway and omitted the scallops. Everyone else ordered mashed potatoes and they were dry, stiff and lumpy. When I got the potatoes I requested, they came out raw. Nothing tasted the same. Couldn't tell the shrimp from the clams in taste. My scallops once I got them were raw. My mother ordered an appetizer of oysters on the half shell, they came in a plastic net that was very hard to get into. Once I got them opened for her, some had nothing in the Shell and one had not even opened. I can say that I won't be back there again even though they gave all moms a rose and a glass of champagne with a fresh and juicy strawberry in it as we entered the door. That was the only highlight of our visit. I guess I'll have to go back to the one in Ft Lauderdale where I can at least get my Maryland style blue crabs which Jupiter never even had on the menu. WHAAAT?
