No Excuse. Totally dropped the ball not once but twice.Unreliable!
Had an 8:00 appointment to have a Trailer Hitch installed on March 23,18. $100. deposit had been collected when appointment was made earlier that week. Arrived for the scheduled installation and asked to see the Hitch that was being installed Mike the owner suddenly starts looking around the shop and says he didn't get the correct part. He apologized said he would make it right and rescheduled the appointment to March 30,18 at 8:00 am. This time I called the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm he had the appropriate hitch and he assured me he did. I arrived this morning for installation. You guessed it. He didn't have the Hitch!!! Ridiculous.

Don't bother giving your business to them. After walking in, I was looked at three times and yet my presence wasn't even acknowledged. I guess they have enough business and do not care about potential new customers. It was a disgrace.
