I worked with Gay Johansen on several occasions over the years setting up my travel needs as it relates to several family vacations. We have different needs since I travel with 2 children and a nanny. Gay worked with us on these needs, helped find both economical and practical solutions to family travel. Further, she is responsive, always provides options, is extremely knowledgeable about every place we traveled and once on vacation, she was right there making sure it worked out right.
